1. I lost my stock certificate. How do I obtain a replacement?
   You may contact our Stock Transfer agent to obtain replacement stock certificates. Contact information for the Stock Transfer Agent can be found here.
2. How many members are on the Butler International Board of Directors and how many are independent directors?
   Butler International’s Board of Director is comprised of eight members. There are six independent directors, and all Committees are composed entirely of independent directors as defined by Nasdaq’s independence standards.
